New combo therapy may boost IVF success for adenomyosis patients

Summary

This study tests whether adding letrozole to standard GnRH agonist treatment improves pregnancy rates in women with adenomyosis who are using frozen embryos. About 700 participants will be randomly assigned to one of two groups. The goal is to see if the combination leads to more ongoing pregnancies at 12 weeks.
