Summary
This study aims to understand why some children need a second adenoid removal surgery. Researchers will follow 1,200 children to see if factors like their age, size, or throat anatomy affect how completely the adenoid tissue is removed during the first surgery. The goal is to gather knowledge to help surgeons improve outcomes and reduce the need for repeat procedures.
