First seen Feb 23, 2026 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 11 times

Summary

This study looked at 128 children who needed surgery to remove enlarged adenoids (tissue at the back of the nose). It compared the traditional method (cold curettage) with a newer, more precise technique called coblation. The goal was to see which method leaves less leftover tissue and causes fewer complications during and after surgery.
