First seen May 13, 2026 · Last updated Jun 09, 2026 · Updated 5 times

Summary

This study tests whether adding adebrelimab (an immunotherapy) after standard chemoradiotherapy can help keep limited-stage small cell lung cancer from coming back. About 200 adults with untreated, limited-stage disease will receive either standard treatment alone or standard treatment followed by adebrelimab maintenance. The goal is to see if the drug improves how long people live without their cancer progressing.
