Summary
This study tests whether a drug called adebrelimab can help keep limited-stage small cell lung cancer from coming back after initial chemotherapy and radiation. About 200 adults aged 18-75 with untreated, limited-stage disease will be randomly assigned to receive either standard treatment alone or standard treatment followed by adebrelimab maintenance therapy. The main goal is to see if adebrelimab extends the time without cancer progression.
