Summary
This study tests whether a combination of four drugs (adebrelimab, apatinib, oxaliplatin, and tigio) can shrink advanced stomach or gastroesophageal junction cancer enough to allow surgical removal. About 49 adults with unresectable stage III or IV cancer will receive up to 8 cycles of treatment. The main goal is to see how many achieve a complete tumor removal with clear margins (R0 resection) and to monitor side effects.
