First seen Mar 20, 2026 · Last updated May 21, 2026 · Updated 10 times
Summary
This study tests whether giving a combination of the immunotherapy drug adebrelimab, chemotherapy, and radiation before surgery can shrink tumors in people with locally advanced thymic carcinoma. About 31 participants will receive 2-4 cycles of this neoadjuvant therapy, then surgery if the tumor becomes removable, followed by up to a year of maintenance adebrelimab. The goal is to see how many patients have a significant tumor response and whether the treatment is safe.
