New cancer drug enters first human testing

Summary
This is the first study testing the experimental cancer drug ADCX-020 in people. Researchers will give increasing doses to 290 adults with advanced solid tumors that have spread or returned after standard treatments. The main goals are to find a safe dose and see early signs of whether the drug helps control cancer growth.
