Cancer trial matches patients to targeted drugs based on tumor markers

Summary
This study aims to see if matching patients to one of three targeted cancer drugs works better for treating advanced solid tumors. It will enroll 500 adults whose cancer has spread and who have specific proteins (Trop-2, nectin-4, or HER2) in their tumor. Patients will first be screened for these proteins and then receive the drug designed to target the protein their cancer expresses.
