Personalized radiation aims to spare patients from painful side effects

Summary
This study is testing whether a more personalized form of radiation therapy can reduce severe side effects for people with muscle-invasive bladder cancer. It will compare a new 'adaptive' technique, which adjusts the radiation daily based on bladder changes, against standard radiation. The main goal is to see if this approach lowers the rate of serious diarrhea and other toxicities while still effectively treating the cancer.
