First seen Feb 03, 2026 · Last updated Apr 28, 2026 · Updated 13 times

Summary

This study tests whether creating a new radiation plan each day based on the patient's current anatomy can better target the tumor and spare healthy organs in people with locally advanced anal cancer. About 20 adults with stage T2 (over 4 cm), T3, T4, or N1 anal cancer will participate. The main goal is to see if this daily adaptive approach is practical and safe.
