First seen Feb 03, 2026 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 15 times

Summary

This pilot study tests whether daily-adjusted radiation therapy can better target anal cancer while reducing harm to nearby organs. About 20 adults with locally advanced anal cancer will receive radiation plans that adapt to daily changes in their anatomy. The goal is to see if this approach is practical and safe, and to measure how well it controls the tumor.
