New tech aims to keep eye pressure steady during cataract surgery

Summary
This study tests a new adaptive fluidics system that automatically adjusts fluid pressure during lens surgery to keep the eye stable and reduce risks. About 320 adults with lens diseases will be enrolled to see if this technology improves safety and surgical outcomes compared to traditional methods.
