Summary
This study tests whether a personalized diet plan, guided by continuous glucose monitors, can help Chinese and Vietnamese Americans better control their type 2 diabetes. About 120 participants will be split into two groups: one gets the adaptive diet plan plus a glucose monitor, the other gets standard care. The goal is to see if this approach is practical and effective at lowering blood sugar levels over 24 weeks.
