Summary
This study tests an adaptive deep brain stimulation (aDBS) system that automatically adjusts stimulation based on brain signals. It aims to give people with Parkinson's disease more hours of good movement without side effects. The trial will enroll 62 people in China who already have a compatible Medtronic brain implant. The main goal is to see if aDBS works as well as or better than standard continuous stimulation.
