Summary
This study looks at whether specially designed sports exercises can improve balance, physical abilities, and thinking skills in people aged 60 and older. About 140 participants will either join a 12-week adapted sports program or continue their normal routine. Researchers will measure changes using standard tests to see if the exercise group shows better results.
