Special shoes could help stroke survivors walk more safely
NCT ID NCT07403149
Summary
This study is testing whether specially adapted shoes can improve walking for people who have had a stroke. It will involve 58 stroke survivors who have difficulty walking due to foot stiffness and dragging. Researchers will measure if wearing these shoes for 30 days helps people walk faster and more steadily, potentially reducing their risk of falls.
