Summary

This study looks at how different exercise programs affect fitness and motivation in people with stable chronic conditions. 280 participants will either exercise twice a week for 3 months or once a week for 6 months, with some using a smartwatch to track activity. Researchers will follow them for 18 months to see which approach leads to lasting improvements.
