Could a common drug stop Parkinson's before it starts?

Summary
This study is testing if a drug called adalimumab can slow or stop the brain changes that lead to Parkinson's disease in people with REM Sleep Behavior Disorder (RBD). About 108 people with RBD will receive either the drug or a placebo for 96 weeks. Researchers will use brain scans and other tests to see if the treatment can prevent the progression to Parkinson's.
