Summary

This study tests whether combining a targeted pill (adagrasib) with precise radiation (SRS) can control brain tumors in people with a specific type of advanced lung cancer (KRAS G12C mutation). About 30 adults with untreated brain metastases will receive both treatments. The main goal is to see how many patients' brain tumors shrink or stop growing after 3 months.
