Summary
This study compares two pain medications (acetaminophen and hydromorphone) for treating sudden chest pain in emergency situations. Researchers will observe 30 adult patients to see which medication provides better pain relief with fewer side effects. The goal is to help doctors choose the safest, most effective pain treatment for chest pain emergencies.
