Zap your gut better? electrical patch tested for IBS relief
NCT ID NCT05042661
Summary
This study tested whether a gentle, acupuncture-like electrical skin treatment could improve daily life and bowel symptoms for people with irritable bowel syndrome (IBS). It involved about 30 adults with IBS, who received either the treatment or standard care for a few weeks. The goal was to see if this non-drug approach could make a meaningful difference in how people feel and function.
