Summary
This study tests a special acupuncture technique called 'Nine Pharyngeal Acupoints' to help stroke patients who have trouble swallowing. The goal is to see if it improves their ability to eat and drink safely. Researchers will use muscle activity tests and video X-rays to measure results. The study involves 100 adults aged 40-75 who had a stroke within the last 2 weeks to 6 months.
