Acupuncture needles may ease Pre-Surgery jitters, new study suggests

Summary
This study tests if press needle acupuncture can reduce anxiety in adults before ear surgery. 32 participants will receive either real or sham needles placed on the skin a day before surgery and left in for 3 days. Researchers will measure anxiety levels and heart rate changes to see if the treatment helps.
