Needles for nerves: can ancient practice ease Muscle-Weakening disease?
NCT ID NCT05230082
Summary
This study tested whether acupuncture could help people with myasthenia gravis feel better and manage daily tasks more easily. Twenty-four adults with the condition were split into two groups: one started acupuncture right away, and the other waited 12 weeks before starting. All participants received acupuncture twice a week for 12 weeks, and researchers measured changes in their quality of life and ability to do everyday activities.
