Summary

This study is testing whether two different acupuncture approaches can help women with multiple sclerosis who have bladder control problems. Researchers will compare mild electrical stimulation, manual pressure techniques, and standard care alone in 150 participants. The goal is to see if these methods improve bladder symptoms and quality of life.
