Summary
This study is testing whether acupuncture, when added to standard medications, can help children and teenagers with Crohn's disease or ulcerative colitis. It aims to see if the treatment reduces disease activity, lessens chronic pain, and improves overall quality of life. The trial involves 60 young participants who have mild to moderate disease.
