This study tests whether acupuncture can reduce hot flashes in 40 men with prostate cancer who are on hormone therapy. Hot flashes are a common side effect that can disrupt sleep and daily life. Participants will receive real or sham acupuncture, and researchers will track changes in hot flash frequency and severity using diaries and questionnaires over 6 weeks.
