First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study tests whether acupuncture can reduce hot flashes and improve quality of life in men receiving hormone therapy for prostate cancer. Twenty-four men will be randomly assigned to start acupuncture right away or after a delay, and all will receive standard lifestyle advice. The main goal is to see if the acupuncture program is practical and acceptable, and to gather early data on its effects.
