Scientists zap acupuncture points to tune your gut
NCT ID NCT07496697
Summary
This study is testing whether a specific type of acupuncture can make bowels move more often. Researchers are giving 30 healthy volunteers a 20-minute electroacupuncture session at two points on the body. They are using a special digital stethoscope to listen for changes in bowel sounds before, during, and after the treatment to see if it works.
