Summary
This study tests whether acupuncture can help people with mild-to-moderate chronic asthma breathe better and feel less anxious or depressed. 180 adults will be randomly assigned to real acupuncture, fake acupuncture, or usual care. The main goal is to see if real acupuncture improves asthma control more than the other options.
