Zapping away cancer pain: new At-Home device trial seeks relief for patients

Summary
This study is testing whether a patient-controlled device that delivers gentle electrical stimulation to specific acupressure points can improve quality of life for people with chronic cancer pain. It will involve 290 adults with cancer who have ongoing pain. Researchers will measure changes in pain levels, mood, bowel function, and overall well-being over four weeks to see if this at-home approach is helpful.
