Can a simple leg monitor unlock the daily reality of a complex brain disorder?

NCT ID NCT07478666

Summary

This study aims to see if a small activity monitor worn on the thigh can reliably track how Functional Neurologic Disorder (FND) affects people's daily movement and function. It will enroll 40 people, including those with FND and healthy volunteers, to wear the device for a week and share their experiences. The goal is to find a better way to measure the real-world impact of FND symptoms over time, which current doctor visits often miss.
