Summary

This study tested whether using connected fitness devices could help people with spondyloarthritis stick to regular physical activity. Researchers wanted to see if tracking activity with these devices reduced disease flare-ups better than just getting exercise advice. The trial involved 108 participants from the Nice, France area who had stable medication for their condition.
