Can playful games at home help kids build healthy habits?
NCT ID NCT07346300
Summary
This study is testing whether a fun, family-friendly physical activity program can help young children born to mothers with obesity develop better movement skills and healthier habits. Researchers are enrolling 266 mother-child pairs, with half receiving the program and half in a comparison group. The program includes playful in-person sessions and simple at-home activities focused on skills like jumping and balancing, along with brief, positive introductions to fruits and vegetables.
