Summary
This study aimed to understand the connections between physical activity, life satisfaction, and how well older adults stick to their medication plans. Researchers surveyed 82 Turkish adults aged 65 and older who had chronic diseases like diabetes or high blood pressure. They used questionnaires to measure activity levels, happiness, and medication habits to see how these factors relate to each other.
