Summary
This study is testing whether increasing daily movement can help reduce the chronic pain some women experience after breast cancer surgery. It focuses on young Hispanic women who have moderate pain lasting at least six months. Participants will use a Fitbit to track their steps and receive health coaching calls to help them become more active, with the goal of seeing if this approach can lessen their pain and improve their quality of life.
