Can your fitbit data help your doctor fight high blood pressure?
NCT ID NCT07342543
Summary
This study is testing a new system that creates easy-to-read reports from patients' fitness tracker data. The goal is to help primary care doctors give better, more personalized advice about physical activity to patients with borderline or mild high blood pressure. Researchers will see if these guided reports help patients become more active and if that leads to better blood pressure control.
