Motivation program aims to boost health for 9/11 survivors battling cancer

Summary
This study is testing a short motivational program designed to help World Trade Center Health Program members who are cancer survivors get more physically active. Researchers will work with 84 survivors who have finished cancer treatment to see if the program increases their activity levels, measured by a Fitbit. The goal is to improve their quality of life, sleep, and physical function by helping them build sustainable exercise habits.
