First seen May 11, 2026 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 3 times

Summary

This study tests if a therapy that combines counseling (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) with balance exercises (vestibular rehabilitation) works better than balance exercises alone for people with dizziness and anxiety after a mild traumatic brain injury (concussion). About 250 adults aged 18-49 will take part. The goal is to see if the combined approach reduces dizziness-related disability and anxiety more effectively.
