Summary
This study is testing a program called ACTIVE to see if it helps older adults with mild dementia stay physically active and improve their daily life. The program provides a Fitbit smartwatch, motivational text messages, educational videos, and virtual physical therapy sessions over three weeks. Researchers are measuring how well participants use the program and if it improves their confidence, daily function, and quality of life.
