Summary

This study aimed to create and test a practical plan to help elementary school teachers use 'active learning' in their classrooms. Active learning involves short bursts of movement during lessons to increase children's physical activity. Researchers worked with over 300 teachers and students to see if this strategy was easy for teachers to use and if it got kids moving more.
