Summary
This study is testing whether a program that teaches active coping strategies can help people with long-term muscle and bone pain. The program includes education, movement exercises, and behavioral techniques to help manage pain and improve daily life. Researchers will compare the program to usual care in 60 adults to see if it reduces pain-related disability and improves quality of life.
