Summary

This study looks at whether taking short, 5-minute activity breaks during regular school lessons can make children enjoy physical activity more. About 810 primary school children will take part, with some classes doing these breaks every hour for 12 weeks while others continue as usual. The goal is to see if these simple, low-cost breaks can improve kids' fitness, motor skills, attention, and overall well-being.
