This study tested a 12-week program called the Active Brain Construction Program (ABC) in 75 community-dwelling adults aged 55 and older. The program used coaching to help participants adopt healthy lifestyle habits linked to dementia prevention. Researchers compared coached, non-coached, and control groups to see if the program improved health behaviors and cognitive function.
