Summary

This study tests whether a 6-month online spin cycling program can improve vision, physical, and cognitive function in Veterans aged 65-89 with intermediate age-related macular degeneration (AMD). AMD is a leading cause of vision loss, and there are few treatments. Researchers will measure changes in contrast sensitivity and night vision, along with other health outcomes. The goal is to find a simple, accessible way to reduce the burden of AMD.
