Summary
This study looked at whether a year-long program called ActionHealthNYC helps uninsured immigrants in New York City get easier access to healthcare, especially primary care and preventive services. About 2,400 adults who couldn't get public insurance due to their immigration status took part. The goal was to see if the program reduced delays in getting care and lowered financial barriers.
