Summary
This study looked at whether watching videos of movements (action observation therapy) can help children with cerebral palsy improve muscle stiffness, gross motor skills, balance, and daily participation. 36 children aged 5-13 with spastic diplegia or hemiplegia took part. The therapy was done at home with a physiotherapist, and changes were measured after 150 days.
