Summary
This study tested a 5-week group therapy program called Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) in 12 university students aged 18-28 who were feeling stressed or down. The program used mindfulness and values-based exercises to help students manage difficult thoughts and feelings. Researchers measured changes in well-being and flexibility over 13 time points.
