New online therapy shows promise for easing cancer Survivors' anxiety

Summary
This study tests whether a 6-week online therapy program (acceptance and commitment therapy) can reduce anxiety and depression in 32 cancer survivors who have finished treatment. Participants will be randomly assigned to either the therapy group or a waiting list. The study measures changes in mood, mindfulness, and psychological flexibility up to one year later.
