Summary

This study is developing and testing a new therapy called ACT-SHARE for veterans who have both PTSD and alcohol problems and want to improve their romantic relationships. The therapy helps veterans manage difficult feelings and urges while taking actions that build healthier, safer relationships. About 29 veterans will participate to see if they find the therapy helpful and satisfying.
